Título: O ARTESÃO E O EMPREENDEDORISMO: um estudo bibliométrico da produção acadêmica em eventos EnANPAD de 1999 a 2008

Resumo: A problemática proposta por esta dissertação está em saber como a academia aborda o tema artesão e se ocorre relação com empreendedorismo. Portanto, o objetivo geral consiste em identificar se o Encontro Nacional Programas de Pós-graduação em Administração – EnANPAD, dos últimos 10 anos, trata o tema artesanato e se existe relação com empreendedorismo. Para verificar este objetivo optou-se por um estudo bibliométrico a luz da Lei de Zipf onde a freqüência do termo artesão foi verificada nos 6.683 artigos do período escolhido, de 1999 a 2008. Após a busca pelo termo artesão, identificou-se 94 artigos, sendo que neste conjunto foi pesquisado o radical “empreend” para buscar a relação com o termo empreendedorismo ou empreendedor ou empreendimento ou empreender. Pode-se perceber que existiu maior ocorrência do termo com relação ao radical nos eventos dos anos de 2000, 2007 e 2008. Nos anos de 2007 e 2008 esta relação e o foco no artesanato como forma de produção econômica correspondeu a 0,33% dos artigos analisados. Também pode-se constatar que a área denominada Teoria das Organizações foi a que concentrou artigos que identificaram o artesão ao empreendedor.. Apesar das ocorrências, percebe-se que a academia ainda não aborda ainda o assunto de forma ampla e sugere-se novos estudos sobre o tema como forma de negócio.

Abstract:

 

The question proposed by this dissertation is how the academy approaches the issue craftsman and if there is any relationship between artisan and entrepreneurship. Therefore, the general objective is to identify into the Brazilian National Meeting of Management Post-graduate Programs – EnANPAD papers, of the past 10 years, work with craft and if there is relationship between it and entrepreneurship. To verify this objective it was used a bibliometric study with Zipf Law parameters into the 6683 articles from 1999 to 2008. After the search by the craftsman, it was identified 94 articles, which this set was searched the radicals related with the term entrepreneurship or enterprise or enterprise or undertaking. You can see that there higher occurrence of the word “craftsman” with the radical events in the years 2000, 2007 and 2008. In the years 2007 and 2008, there were more relation between craftsman and entrepreneurship but just 0,33% of the papers shows handicrafts as an economic production alternative. It also concluded that the Theory of Organizations EnANPAD area identified the artisan to entrepreneur. Despite the frequency and occurrences, this research find out that academy (EnANPAD) do not deals craftsman as a subject or business.
